1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Greener Pastures Recycling Company (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Our services—including waste collection, recycling, training, and consulting—must be used in compliance with applicable laws including the National Environmental Management: Waste Act and all South African municipal by-laws.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear site access and safety guidelines for our teams.
• Sort and label waste according to our instructions and legislation.
• Comply with agreed payment terms and invoicing timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Services are subject to advance payment unless stated otherwise in a signed SLA or quotation. Late payments may lead to penalties or suspension of services. Pricing may be updated annually in line with inflation and operational changes.

5. Cancellations & Termination

Clients may terminate ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services due to payment default, illegal waste handling, or breach of this agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, documentation, and training material created by or for Greener Pastures Recycling Company remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for other purposes without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses, damages, or environmental breaches caused by force majeure, incorrect waste disposal by clients, or third-party contractors not appointed by us.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Gauteng Province.
